Required Qualification
• Strong skills in converting business requirements into technical design specifications and technical documentation skills.
• Male/ Female, a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Hands on experience designing/architecting/developing engaging, user-friendly web applications.
• Knowledge and skills to address cross-browser compatibility issues.
• Expertise in HTML, CFML, JavaScript, CSS, JSON, Ajax, DHTML, LDAP and XML or similar programming languages/frameworks.
• Self-directed and results-oriented with excellent time management skills.
• Willingness to seek feedback, adapt practices and continuously learn and evolve.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Experience to apply software design, implementation, testing, and debugging techniques.

Key Responsibilities
• Utilize new software methodologies to be able to adapt to changes in seeking new ways of solving problems & increasing efficiency.
• Use tools available in the market to improve quality, performance and speed of development.
• Support service delivery teams and evaluate service level issues, providing guidance on implementation fixes.
• Work closely with third party vendors.
• Recommends system solutions by comparing advantages and disadvantages of custom development and purchase alternatives.
• Integrates applications by designing database architecture and server scripting; studying and establishing connectivity with network systems, search engines, and information servers.
• Updates job knowledge by researching new internet/intranet technologies and software products; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in any developer events.
